Experience unique coastal fishing and camping at Crab Claw Island on a fully guided adventure. Stay in air-conditioned cabins, a camper trailer or powered campsites with tents. Enjoy land-based fishing, coastal exploring and resort facilities including toilets, hot showers, a restaurant, bar and swimming pools.
Daly River 2 Night / 3 Days
Experience land-based fishing on the iconic Daly River and camp on a private riverfront property. Stay in a fully equipped camper trailer or tents for an authentic Top End fishing and camping adventure.

Born and bred in Darwin, your guide has spent a lifetime fishing the Top End’s rivers, creeks, estuaries and coastal systems. A classroom teacher, husband and father of two, he is passionate about sharing safe, enjoyable and memorable outdoor experiences with anglers of all ages and skill levels.With a love for fishing, camping and exploring the Northern Territory, every trip is backed by local knowledge, genuine enthusiasm and a constant passion for discovering new places and chasing the next great fishing opportunity.
Fishing & Camping Trip Itineraries
Day Trip Itinerary
Pick-up from an agreed location, followed by a brief safety briefing and loading of food and drinks into the vehicle fridges.Travel to selected fishing locations based on tides, weather and seasonal conditions, targeting barramundi and a range of Top End species.At the conclusion of the trip, guests will be returned to the agreed drop-off location. Approximately 8 hours.
Crab Claw Island Adventure
Guests are collected from an agreed location before a brief safety briefing and departure. Any pre-arranged food orders will be confirmed and packed into the trip fridges prior to departure. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages if desired. Travel to a selected fishing location based on tides, weather and seasonal conditions before continuing on to Crab Claw Island. Upon arrival, guests can relax and explore the resort facilities, including the beach, playground and swimming pool. While guests settle in, your guide will complete check-in and assist with setting up accommodation arrangements before heading out to take advantage of the next available bite window.
Daly River Adventure
Guests are collected from an agreed location before a brief safety briefing and departure. Any pre-arranged food orders will have been collected and packed into the trip fridges prior to departure. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages if desired. Travel towards the Daly River, collecting bait along the way before arriving at the first fishing location to target the iconic barramundi. Upon arrival at camp, your guide will assist with setting up the camper trailer and/or tents before preparing prawn pots and planning the next fishing session around the best available bite windows and local conditions.
